Non-members are welcome at demonstrations but a charge of £5 will be made to help with the cost of providing quality demonstrators.

David Gaunt has taken on the role of booking demonstrators and a full programme of demonstrations for 2012 is being compiled. Robert Sorby Tools have already been engaged for mid summer. There must be lots of interesting people out there so if you can suggest anyone who can give us a talk, please get in touch.

14th March 2012	Bob Chapman	I remember the first time Bob came to the club. New to demonstrating he was a bit nervous but what demonstrated was excellent. He's moved on a long way since then. Bob cotributes to "Woodturner Magazine" on tools and techniques and thats what he has in store for us on this demo. One not to miss. None members are welcome at a cost of £5

11th April 2012	Russel Kebble	Part two of Russell's sequel. If it goes down well he hopes to make it into a film.

13th June 2012	Tony Wilson	A return visit within twelve months. He must be doing something right. He gave a good demo last time even though we had tried to put him off by making the lathe 1' too high for him. We are going to raise the bar this time to 2'.
11th July 2012	Chris Pouncy from Robert Sorby	From the horses mouth so to say. A demo around the subject of tool grinding and general woodturning. Rumour has it that there will be plenty of tools for close inspection and on sale.
